A two-hour ride south of Varna takes you to this famed World Heritage site where a virtual living museum containing 3,000 years of history awaits. Strolling along its cobblestone streets, you will see the ruins of several Byzantine churches alongside art galleries and artist colonies. A professional guide will take you on a walking tour of it all, including St. Stephen’s Church and its famous, ancient murals. We will also visit the artists' colonies--an excellent place to shop for souvenirs and other memorabilia.
